Refund Policy

Bookings reserves a spot in a shared storytelling experience. Each participant affects the group, late cancellations or no shows can disrupt everyone's enjoyment.
You may request a full refund if you cancel 36+ hours before your session. Cancellations under 36 hours are non-refundable, except in emergencies at our discretion. One player’s absence does not entitle others to a refund. If we cancel or reschedule, affected players will receive a credit. Contact yiorgosonentertainment@gmail.com for refund requests.
